We moved from Toronto to Hamilton on 1 May. I updated our address on webform but didn't get acknowledgement. Then, i called cic call centre and have them update my address. Then, when i logged into ecas it was showing the same old address. Then, in ecas there is an option to change address, i changed address through it as well. Now, last night i got an email that my address change request is unsuccessful as i tried to change address of multiple people in one request. On ECAS there was an option to check if you want to change address for everyone mentioned in the application. I checked that box as I wanted to change address for both sponsor and principal applicant. When i call the call centre they tell my hamilton address to confirm my identity.
Don't know what to do now? Even changing address seems like a big task now :/ How to change address?
