Hie guys, We sent in our Inland spousal sponsorship application on July 15 and uptill this day have not received letter of acknowledgement or any update? Is this normal? Is our application lost?

Yes, this is normal. The pandemic has put the entire PR application process many months behind schedule. Might have to wait another 30-60 days to hear anything back from IRCC.
