Inland sponsorship work permit application

Hi guys, I submitted my sponsorship application in August along with a open work permit application. But the work permit application got returned as unprocessed due to insufficient funds. As it turned out i only paid for the work permit holder fee. My question is when I reapply the work permit. Can I use the work permit holder fee receipt I submitted the first time? or do I need to pay the work permit holder fee again ?
