Holy crap, now THATS evidence! Nice work!
Thank you so much.

We will see how far it gets us.
Incidentally - we are including a cover letter for each segment of the application package, eg for the proof section, the documents section, the descriptive narrative etc, that explains what each part is.
This is a small question but - we think we should both sign it, but are a little concerned about possible confusion on the IOs part, or if it might appear a little..forced?
IA
Go ahead and sign it if it makes you feel comfortable. Any sheet I typed out for my hubby or me, I made a space for that person to sign. Might have been useless but that is what I did.

is this an inland application as well? just wondering why you have letters to each other..

we don't write to each other that's why...

We started gather in September 2009 and we have 424 pages. We numbered them each by hand.
Yep and I photocopied everything and included a note that if they needed the original, just to ask.
And the pictures I put two-three to a page in a Word document. At the top of each page it said what it was from. Then I listed the date it was taken, who it was taken by, who was in the picture, where it was taken at, and a description of each picture.
And yes ours is an inland application. We wrote notes and letters to each other while living together. Like on time I was sick and while I was asleep, he wrote me a note saying he loved me and to call him when I woke up. I had also drawn pictures for him on napkins while he works. I stay with him at work and just stay on my computer and I write him little notes while he is working to make him smile.

wow. nice work.
I have a question. should we provide original receipt or photocopy of receipt is sufficient?
receipt of what? application or something else? application receipt should be original. the printed out version from the website. the rest like gifts i believe can be photocopies..
If you include cards or notes, tickets, etc, you can submit the photocopied ones. Sometimes the originals are not returned, although it seems o depend on which office you get. A friend was outland, US to Canada, and they submitted original cards which they never got back. They were pretty sad about that. If the IO wants to see the originals he or she will ask for them.

Theyre pretty specific that the only original documents sent to them are those that they specifically ask for (eg. Option C printout of Tax returns, etc).
