Inland leaving the Country on pgwp

hi I was hoping someone could help me out. we are planning on sending in common-law inland application at the end of august/early September along with the OWP. my common-law spouse in on a PGWP/Visa that expires in February 2018. We are going on vacation for 2 weeks leaving the country at the end of September. she has a visa/work permit to re-enter the country. is there any problems with this? After this vacation we don't plan on leaving again until the process is complete. when we come back to Canada do we need to advise the customers agent of the PR application? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

She should have absolutely no issues re-entering Canada given she has a valid PGWP.
