Hi guys!
I am gonna explain you my situation first: I am living with my gf in canada trough a Working Holiday visa, we are together, since two years and before my visa expires i am gonna apply for the PD.
The question is: If i apply for the Inland Common-Law Sponsorship, after my visa expires can i still stay and work here(with an extension of my visa), while i wait for the PD visa or not?

Thanks for ur help

The Italian Stallion ;D

Hi

If you apply inland and submit an OWP app, you will be allowed to stay in Canada. The OWP should arrive in about 4 months. However, if your working holiday visa expires prior to receiving the OWP, you will have to stop working.

If you are Italian, you should seriously consider an outland app. Rome averages around 8 months.
