I'm in a similar kind of position, I have the settlement plan and employment letter from my employer but haven't submitted the final endorsement application yet. I got married in between this process before I could submit the application. Would you recommend doing everything from the scratch or should I just submit and update the marriage information later?
Also, we have submitted an Spousal Open Work Permit application of my spouse from my home country, which is under process. Can this impact the AIP application?
It's illegal not to report marriage, divorce, new child to immigration while any of your applications is under process, especially PR.
If you inform them later, it would lead to misleading information and your PR will be adversely affected. So, you don't have any option other than to report them your actual status.
From my experience, I would advise you to include your spouse along with your PR application. It will be quick
