Hi. My IELTS score is 6.5( academic) but for writing section it is low,4.5. I took additional language level test for acceptance to the college. Is it okay if I submit my IELTS certificate? or Do I have to request additional language test from college ?

4.5 is incredibly low. You should be planning on repeating the test.

thanks for response. I checked language requirements for Canada it is CBL 5. and my IELTS score is above this. Also, if college give acceptance does not it matter?

Getting a study permit may be challenging with that score.
