I've completed my B.tech in Information technology this year (2013) and Now I'm wondering to go to Canada for further studies. Please help me to choose my course related to my field. As I heard course should be properly relevant to your previous studies. I've searched that one should go for Post graduate diploma after B.tech but there are very few PG Diplomas for January Intake. So please everyone help me to choose my course.

you should apply for MS degree by course work or research work(Thesis type) either in Computer Science or in Information Technology. As far as I know chances are quite high if you opt for MSc degree instead of Diploma after B.Tech.So you can consider public universities in canada. As far as Diploma is concerned, I dont think so It would be good after completing B.Tech but this is my personal opinion, you should take into account other senior members opinions. Hope it helps...
I agree with you Universities got the better stand out than colleges.
But I wanna prefer College over university as I heard there is so much study to do in University compared to colleges and we gotta work there . Too much stress.. So please help me out and which course should I choose from the list
