I just made my decision to go for immigration process through express entry. Can you kindly advise me whether I should hire a Consultant registered with RCIC or go for a lawyer registered with law society LSUC. and whats the diference between both. For sure I am gonna hire one of these two as I need to get help regarding preparing my CV and experience letters so please don't advise not to hire a third party.
Also with 348 points where do I stand in the chances to get ITA?
Yeah I checked those links already but still want to hire one to avoid wastage of time as experienced by some of my friends by submitting irrelevant profiles and certs.
I am from Pakistan and in discussion with some firms in Canada out of which some are registered consultants and some are lawyers. Don't now which is better? But for sure I will go for one!
@2niharika
Also what abt my second query regarding my standings with 348 points.
Is it true we need to have a job offer and exceed our points beyond 600 to get ITA.

One is John Lorina registered with RCIC and one is Jeffery Abrams registered lawyer with LSUC. Checked and already confirmed their registration and they would represent me legally in CIC just to ensure accuracy of documents submitted.
Hell Bent ;D Well Said
But I can't verify a lawyer on ICCRC website and went to LSUC for confirmation of his legal status. My question still stands whether Consultants registered on ICCRC are better or the lawyers registered with LSUC?

Immigration consultants/representatives/whatever you want to call them MUST be registered with ICCRC. It's the law. They are also required to provide their ICCRC registration #.
