Information Required regarding University of Regina

Salam ..

well anyone here got any information abt University of Regina ??

i did BBA(Hons)4yr degree and my GPA is not that good to get admission in MBA ... so i am planning to get admission in Master Certificate programme of this university i need some guideline from where to start . Is there any way that i can get admission in the MBA ?

moreover im least interested in giving GMAT ...

if anyone out there got any information about this Univeristy . i will be thankful if he/she can give me a guide
