Hi sir/madam
I've completed b tech computer science with 63.98% n also 12 backlogs (cleared)
My 12th percentage is 61 n one year extra because failed in mathematics
N 10th percentage is 84
Can I apply for MS in computer science in Canadian universities my main concern is about my backlogs will they affect my admission n visa

You can always apply but the question you should be asking is : Will they accept you or not. My guess is that you have slim chances of acceptance in topmost
Uni's but then there are always second in line. Also you didn't mention anything about your IELTS or GRE score. They have a lot of bearing on your acceptance. Do your research. Apply and then you would know better.
As to visa there are no guarantees for anyone. You have lot to explain in your SOP. Best wishes and good luck for your approval.

IELTS is ok.
Mention with reasons for your backlogs and extra one year. Backlogs are not regarded as good but they are not the
only reason for refusal. Make a strong case with logical reasons. Good Luck.

spp colg visa is accptd on no more dan 8 backlogs, but if u get offr from uni den dere wont b any visa issue. go fr unis . all d best
Gymguy- Does universities give admission based on percentage or backlogs as you mentioned I have slim chances in topmost universities n do I have chances in low level universities n can I apply for colleges under general category for 2 years pg diploma

I guess you may get admission in Concordia, Ryerson and Windsor. My advise is to contact as many as you can according to your profile and see their responses. You never know about the outcome. 2 year PGD courses under spp are a good bet as well. Getting a LOA is only one small step, big and complicated one's for visa are the one's you need to prepare (justification etc.).
