Hi

My friend has suggested that while we notarize the documents it would be better if we are not mentioning the date as the date will be valid only for 6months, but i have already notarized all my documents with date.

Is it ok if my documents have the date mentioned orelse should I have to re-notarize all my documents with out date.

Appreciate your suggestions

Thanks in advance :)

1. Come on read the checklist. Unless it is a translated document, it doesn't have to be notarized, just a copy. Go with what CIC wants, rather than what your friend suggests.

Not only this, I don't think it's possible to notarize without a date. If I saw a document purporting to be notarized and it was not dated, I would (1) think it is worthless and (2) no longer trust that notary.
