Information on file is incorrect... How do I fix this?

Hello, after doing GSCM notes I found that there are bizarre errors on my file. The sponsor's place of birth is wrong (i checked all the documents and forms, none were submitted wrong), and the Applicants name is wrong (last name was added to given name "GivenName + LastName, LastName"). I've tried using the webform and its been over a month with no response. I tried calling them but couldn't get an agent due to "load", didn't even get put on hold.

Does anyone know who or how I should contact them? My application is still awaiting BGC and I wonder if this is delaying it.

If you sent the updated form with the correction through webform to the VO.........relax they won't reply or send acknowledgement of receipt of the updated forms..........if you don't hear from them, take it to mean all is good.......no further action is required from you........until contacted, except you have other issues you want to contact them about.........relax, wait as it takes between 10 to 12 months to complete the sponsorship processing.
