I have applied for PR in federal after approval of PNP from province 2 months before. I got the approval of PNP in International Graduate Stream. I am waiting for AOR. My whole family is included in PNP and PR application.
My dependent son (14 years old) has landed in Canada on a Visitor Visa few days ago. I need guidance regarding my Son:
1. Can he study? (He passed grade 8 from outside Canada) His status in Canada is a Visit Visa Holder. We ask the provincial department and they ask few documents to issue letter of acceptance. If he will start studying, is there any effect on PR application?
2. Can I apply for Canada Child Benefit (CCB). My son is 14 years old and he is my dependent. I am in the province from more than 18 months and filled two Tax returns.

I am on work permit now (PGWP) with 21 months validity.
School board asked for passport copy, my address, Work permit and job lettrt.
