He has two years of experience in Canada with ielts 8777 bands and CEC score is 502. However, he is working from home and also work for another company from his back home country due to nature of work. He is currently on work permit so wondering can he claim these points for working for company from his back home country for work from home?
Is this is something is legit as well?
I would appreciate if can get guidance on this.

He cannot double count work experience for the same time period. If he is working two jobs at one time, he can only claim points for one of those jobs.
