hello to all. I hope all are doing well. I need some guidance regarding the Quebec provincial nominee program. As i am currently enrolled in concordia university, Montreal for master degree program for 2 year. I am beginner in french language. I want to know few things?
is it hard to gain points for french language if a person is beginner or don't have much knowledge but try to learn this language?
Also i heard that Quebec provincial nominee program is the easiest and quickest way to get the PR of Canada. Is it true?
Also does french language is the only barrier for getting points to enter in the draw?
