Hi everyone i am filling up the sponsorship application for my partner as common law...
we started living together exactly 1 year and 10 days ago...it was his appartment, and:
- i reguarly receive my mail to his address..and also my bank recepit (i opened a bank account in jan 2009)
- although we started living together in october 2008, in france you can't change telephone or electricity bills in other name, until a new contract start...that s why when we renewed our electricity contract in March 2009, for the first time both names were on the bill...
- we decided last week to sign a (will) to a notary....
my question is:
in order to prove that we are common law, meaning that we live together since october 2008, it is a problem that key documents such as (telephone bills under both names, bank opened in january 2009, and will dated in these days) do not start FROM THE BEGINNING of our relationship but only DURING our relationship? could it be a problem in your opinion?
