Have you mentioned the amount of funds as per the LICO? Check this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp.

Sometimes it is just an eady mistake of having entered a wrong date, missed a 0 or something similar.

I would suggest you go over all your information you entered again to make sure you didnt just make a small mistake somewhere on one of the forms.
