Ineligible profile

Immediately I submitted my profile I got the message that I'm ineligible. I was found eligible previously before I created a profile. I have everything it takes for eligible profile. I read that someone got eligible the 6th time.
Please what can increase one's chance?
Is it a system error or eligibility is by chance?
Can I create a new profile immediately after being ineligible?

Have you done IELTS already?

Have you done ECA already?

If you are getting the results that you are ineligible, then you are either ineligible or you have answered one or more question incorrectly in your EE profile.

What is your ECA equivalent too? One year continuous, skilled work experience.

I did ECA for my two degrees not for work experience

What have you listed as your primary NOC? Do you have at least one year of full time and continuous work experience in this NOC?

ECA is equivalent to 4years bachelors and 2 years masters
NOC code 12013
I stated that I have over 2 years experience (Oct 2018- March 2021), then over 6 months experience till present (Dec 2021 - now)

It's not a system bug. You have answered one or more questions incorrectly - or you don't qualify. The issue is on your end.

Is all of your work experience in the same NOC or two different NOCs? Which NOCs and what have you listed as your primary NOC?

How much have you listed for proof of funds?

The issue is somewhere on your end. Start by rereading all of the questions very carefully and also your answers to try to find the error.
