Urgent response is requested. Moreover, if i am not eligible for express entry (with approximate score of 350+ with this IELTS) than how can a person has 200 + CRS and are eligible for PNP thru express entry. Please explain?
They probably qualified through Federal Skilled Trades, CRS points are usually much lower for this route but they can still receive Provincial Nomination.
