ineligible express entry profile

Hi,
My express entry profile becomes ineligible within 5 minutes I submit it. happened 4-5 times. Following is my profile details
age- 29
education -ECA- Masters, plus 2 year diploma in Canada
Foreign work experience- 3 years in Noc 0
Canadian work experience- less than a year (will be one year by the end of June in Noc 0)
IELTS- S-7, W-7, R-8.5, L-7.5

If anyone knows where the error could be, please assist. I will complete one year Canadian experience by the end of June.

- Did you show enough for proof of funds?
- What did you select for your primary NOC? Do you have at least one year of continuous full time work experience in your primarcy NOC?

I put 20,000 for funds,,my one year work experience will complete by end of June...primary NOC is 41400- Natural and applied science policy researchers, consultants and program officers

Do you have at least one year of continuous foreign work experience in yoru primary NOC?

YEAH...My NOC for foreign work experience is

10021

Banking, credit and other investment managers

I have experience in this one for 2 years, 9 months, my Canadian experience will be one year in June end

I'm confused. I thought you said you put your primary NOC as 41400. If you don't have a year of work experience in your primary NOC yet, switch your primary NOC to 10021.

Okay...my primary NOC is one in which I have at least one year of experience?...because my canadian one year experience is not complete yet...so it cannot be primary...is that what you are trying to say?
Canadian job noc is 41400
Foreign experience NOC is 10021

Yes, that is what I am saying. That may be one issue with your profile.
