I studied in India, where there is NO elementary and secondary school demarcation. It's 10 + 2 yrs before Bachelors.
[1] In IMM5669, what should be the # of years of Elementary and # of years of Secondary school. I did 12 yrs of schooling before going to University for my Bachelors in India.
[2] Should I have to fill "N/A" for diploma associated with Elementary and Secondary education ?

The application form supports ONLY "Elementary/Primary" and "Secondary/High School". There is NO "Higher Secondary". In North-America, Grade1-6 is Primary and Grade7-12 is (Middle School + High School). Is it OK to fill in Elementary as 6 yrs and Secondary as 6 yrs, with N/A as ceritificate or diploma obtained. This is required for IMM 5669 - Page#2

In India we have different/demarcation between Primary and Secondary. Loook at this link --> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Education_in_India
So what I would do if I was in your place -
Write 8 i.e. (Grade 1 to 8) in the first box (Elementary/Primary School)
4 (i.e. Grade 9 to 12) in the 2nd Box (Secondary/High School)
If you have done any degree/diploma mention the no. of years in 3rd box and if there is any vocational course like ITI...that you can mention in the 4th box.....
