I had applied for my PR under CEC and sent my application to CIC on November 13, 2013. Unfortunately, my application came back due to some information missing in the schedule 8 form. I have fixed the form now and I am planning to resend my application as earliest as i can.
I re-applied for my RCMP and have just received it. My Indian police clearance certificate was issued on September 07, 2013.
My question is regarding the Indian police clearance certificate. Can i use the same certificate or do i have to re-apply from India? I read on the document checklist which says that the PCC should have been issued no more than three months prior to submitting your application.
All your help is really appreciated. Please let me know if i can use the same form or if i have to reapply for my Indian PCC.
As far as I know, the Indian PCC is usually valid for 6-12 months. So it will be still valid if i apply now. Also, they returned my application back so should send them an explanation letter for the PCC ?

Hi CECFEB2013: are you trying to say that I should send my application now with this pcc letter and in the meantime re-apply for the other one and send it to them once i receive it?
