i submitted my application today for Indian PCC , they said 4-6 weeks! Really! They kept my passport. However, I need my passport back to travel on 28 urgent. After I asked, she said you can withdraw on 20 if you want, and your application will be in processing and start again when u submit again. But I am travelling for longer time. Any suggestions ? If I can get PCC early? I know they hve emergency system in Toronto but not in Vancouver. ?
