Where should we pay fees for surrender certificate? I tried get payment link and entered my passport number but it says record not found

Hi Everyone
my citizenship application is in process, waiting for oath.
i am planning to visit india in September last week,

please suggest if any best options available

a. need to postpone oath date, if i receive oath invitation in Aug or Sep 2022?
b. attend oath and apply for Canada passport and India e-visa or entry visa and travel to india, surrender indian pasport in india and return to canada with canada passport

1.any one travelled with canadian passport, with indian e visa (with out surrender indian passport)
2.please explain steps of getting e visa(is it for only emergencies)
3. how to surrender indian passport in india
3.getting OCI is possible with out surrender indian passport?

1.attended oath and applied for Canada passport
2.applied India e-visa or entry visa and surrender indian pasport together (completed in 20 days)
3.travelling to india on sep 30
