Indian Passport Renewal: E-Copr and Copy of PR card as Proof of Permanent Residency

I’m just applying for a passport renewal under Tatkaal.

Had a rough last month and lost my PR card AND copr. I have applied for the card renewal and it’s in the mail currently on the way.

I’m wondering if I can attach a copy of the card + ecopr + stamp of entry issued by New Delhi as a proof of permanent residence since I filled for my main address to be of canada as a permanent residence.

I am planning to fly out in August & wondering if this would work since getting a status verification is a 6 month process.
