Indian Passport Renewal - Can we specify different return address?

Hello,
Indian Passport Renewal Question - Does anyone know if we can specify a different address for passport return than the one we provide for address proof. I am moving homes so I only have address proof for current address but by the time the passport is processed, I would be in new address.
