Indian Bank Account converting to NRI/NRO - moving to Canada

Dear Friends

I am from India , I will be moving to Canada in couple of months.
Do we have convert our Indian Bank account to NRI/NRO account or can we leave as savings account as it is.

Also, My credit card is valid internationally. Should we still carry forex card?

You should covert or open NRI/NRO account only after you settle and are comfortable here in Canada. Once you start filing tax returns in Canada then you would need to maintain your accounts accordingly.

I have landed in Canada 4 months ago.
Should I open NRE/NRO account now? or is there any minimum duration ?
Can we open NRE/NRO accounts in India online while living in Canada?
If I have to bring funds in India to Canada, which account I need to open
Any process information please share
