I have Masters & Bachelors from Osmania University. While applying for the ECA evaluation, why am I asked Academic Record request form only the Bachelors but not for Masters?

In the Osmania University website, I'm not able to send transcripts of Masters & Bachelors together to WES. I'm only able to send them individually paying Rs 3000 each time.
I request members to lay down steps to apply for WES ECA for Osmaina University.
