I got my AOR in one month time. After may NDVO have completely stopped and again they have started working from sept. Good luck. Hopefully you will get it by next month.

I have sent my application on 13th July and the same was delivered at Nova Scotia office on 20th of July but a long wait since then NO AOR Till Now

French is not the mandatory to apply for Quebec PR but you can get more points if you know it.

After getting CSQ, we need to go through CIC for PR.
Quebec has its own rules and process and that's why it is not under the Express entry.

In some forums apllicants are saying that Local VOs are directly asking for medicals with out AOR. So lets hope you will get ur medical request directlt. Good lucky

But my main reason of worry is that till date I am unable to find my application on CIC website while logging in in my GCkey account which is really frustrating so far
