INDEPENDENT CHILD SPONSORSHIP

Hey guys! I need some help. My extension visitor visa got rejected so I had to leave Canada. Now, my father could sponsor me under the Lonely Canadian rule. My biggest fear is to be rejected again, because the reasons for refusal were:

1. Reason for original entry and reason for requested extension;
2. Ties to country of permanent residence, including:
- employment and study commitments;
- family ties and responsibilities;
- status (citizenship or immigration status);
3. Financial means for the extended stay and return home;
4. Travel and identity documents;
5. Probability to leave Canada at the end of authorized stay.

Since I am a freelance artist and my education was non academic, it´s hard for me to prove incomes, etc. What can I do to avoid being rejected with such thing as PR?

None of those things are rejection reasons for PR.

However, your father has no living spouse, no living parents, and no one else he could sponsor?

Thanks for your reply! That´s right. He has no Canadian relatives no spouse and no living parents.
