Independent application for undeclared children

Hi there,

Can anyone shed some light for me.
My 2 children (27 & 28 y.o. now) weren't included in my husbands application on both foreign worker and PR applications.
They were 22 and 23 at the time of my husband's first application.
My question is: Is is still possible for them to migrate on their own on skilled worker program or any program or as temporary workers?
Will there be a problem once they put parent's name and address on the additional info sheet?

I'm just getting things ahead if any opportunities arise.

Does it mean there will be no problem if ever they applied independently?
Regardless of putting mother's name and location in Canada?
Do you think this won't affect any of our status right now?

If they are applying in their own right and not being sponsored under the Family Class (which they aren't) there will be no problem. Don't worry. If there was any misrepresentation, they didn't do it.

I doubt it very much. CIC have bigger issues to deal with than something that happened 5 years ago and has not been used to cheat the system.
