Increased fees for common law sponsorship?

Is it true IRCC increased the fees for common law sponsorship? It still shows the same fee for the application processing fee 550 and right of permanent residence fee 475. I’m about to submit my application and I don’t know what the correct amount is.

The application is now $825 and the RPRF is $500 for a total of $1325, plus biometrics if necessary.

I submitted my application. When I paid the fees online it came to 1305. I answered a couple questions about what I’m applying for etc and it gave me a total. I hope this is correct.

The proper fee is definitely $1325 (+ biometrics, if necessary). If you got a total of $1305 I can only conclude that you answered one or more of the questions incorrectly. I hope they don't consider your application incomplete as a result.

I am a common law partner applying inland. I don’t understand why it keeps giving a total of 1305. Btw biometric Exempt.

I am sorry I just don't understand how the literal fee wizard on their website is incorrect. You don't even get to choose the amount you pay anyways I am answering questions correctly too. This does not make any sense whatsoever. Also where is that chart from? a trusted source I hope.

Did you try answering the questions? I want to know if its a glitch on my side or theirs because if that's the case then people are sending the wrong fees. I really hope they would not send the app back and just request the additional payment to be made. Kind of ridiculous considering its not my fault lol.

Finally figured it out. It's the old fee structure (except for the extra $5 for the RPRF which they've incorporated) plus the open work permit fee = $1050 + 255 = $1305. Now follow the instructions on that link I sent you on how to pay the difference.
