Hi everyone, I'm from Guatemala were me and my family (wife & 3 kids) currently live. We sent our application for outland spousal permanent residency and we are thinking of going to Calgary. I had a question concerning the tax % I would approximately pay in Calgary concerning to my work income once I find a job. More or less how much income tax % wise would we have to pay?
thank you
Your income tax % is determined by your annual salary.
You can find all the information here:

Ok thank you, I thought it also was influenced by how big the family is (number of kids for example)
thanks

yes, it does make a difference at the end. The more dependent kids you have, the more non-refundable credit you could be eligible for, which you can use to reduce your income tax payable at the year end.
