Hey! Quick question, for the parent sponsorship, I was able to meet and surpass the 2023 and 2022 income requirements but I am short by $2000 for the 2021 income requirement (COVID). Does anyone know if this will mean refusal for the application? Or if there are any supplementary documents I can provide further. Thanks!

Unfortunately it will mean a refusal.

The amount that is stated in the income requirement is the amount in line 15000 - Total Income in the Notice of Assessment, right?

Hi again @scylla! Just wondering for 2021 is $32,898 the minimum necessary income or minimum necessary income plus 30%? (meaning I'd have to deduct 30% from that number?) Really thankful for your responses and help!

So as long as you meet LICO for all three years then you are eligible.
