I would like to know would I be denied to sponsor my parent if I didn't fully meet the income requirement for 2019
4 persons | $49,106
2021 | $48,167
2020 | $61,209
2019 |
Even if my spouse co-signed, 2019 tax year income requirement would only be short roughly $2000.00 combined for both of us. For 2020 & 2021 I meet those requirements just by myself.
Do I still add my spouse as a cosigner and explain the circumstances for that year (2019) why my spouse only made that amount? Or I don't add my spouse but add a detailed explanation as to why I didn't add my spouse as well as circumstances that occured that year?
Please any help or advice would be greatly
appreciated.

Can you confirm when you married your spouse? The short answer to your question is that you must meet LICO in each of the three years or your application will unfortunately be refused.

We got married in 2016.
So knowing that the possibility of the application will be refused should I still attempt to submit to sponsor my parent?
