For question 10, I have not included vacations as I am a homemaker and I was outside Canada for more than 180 days in one instance. However, I filed my taxes as a PR and so did my husband who accompanied me.
However, for question 11, do I need to include myself as a homemaker and enter our vacations too? Or just include both the address where I lived in Canada and not include the 180 days long vacation?

You have to include all the dates including the vacation days and addresses. There must be no gap . For example, if you stayed in Canada in January, went on vacation in February , and came back to Canada in March, you have to mention everything in chronological order.
