Include dependents on Spousal PR Appl. if they're already citizens?

Hi All,

I am British, and I'm applying for spousal PR via my husband, who is Canadian. Do I need to include our two children on IMM 0008 (the generic application form) if they're already Canadian citizens? Our eldest was born in Canada; our youngest was born in the US but has a Citizenship Certificate.

Thanks so much for your help! I've read the instructions but remain a little confused.

You don't list the 2 canadian children in the generic IMM0008 form. However they do need to be listed in IMM5406 additional family form under section B and IMM5481 sponsorship evaluation 6. B)

Hi,

On the IMM0008 form, does my husband only fill that out. On the bottom it says to add dependants (including spouse) but if I am a Canadian citizen and my children are canadian citizens as well, then we don't need to add ourselves on there is that right?
