Shall i include my post graduate diploma in Express entry if WES says "The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential".
If i should then i cannot fill the Canadian equivalency.
 
Yes you can. However to the question, do you have an ECA, answer will be No Since its not equivalent to Canadian. Basically you will zero points for it.
