inadmiisible earlier now want visitor

Hi
I was international student in canada and i extend my student permit later but rejected for multiple entry stamp. After that i successfully exteded multiple entry and got post graduatation work permit tòo. But when i applied for PR visa i forget to write rejection and they consider as misrepresentation and put ban for 2 years and i talked to lawyer and he told that i will handle but he haven't done anything and i did overstay for 2 month because of him and finally i went back to india. Now 2 years is finished in september 2015 and i got usa visitor visa and i am in usa. I would like to come canada again on visitor visa from usa. Wiĺl they give me a visa and entry? And what are the chances to get visa?

Please give me some suggestion.

I believe it will be difficult for you to get a visitor visa (not impossible though). The reason being all the issues before and also the fact that they might not believe you will return back home after your visit.
