In which province I can apply with 340 CRS

I have 340 CRS points with 6.5 ielts band and 1 year post graduate diploma, please advise in which province I can apply to get PNP

You can apply if you have any close relative or friend in Manitoba.

Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia.
However you need to work on your language score. With the education you have, unless you have plenty of work experience it will be difficult.
Optionally you can learn French. And yes you will need at least 3 years of post secondary education to stand chance for those PNP mentioned above.
