Meanwhile, I have got new partner in Canada who is expecting to give birth to a new baby soon. My question is would my new partner giving birth to a new child affects my PNP or cause any implication to my stay in Canada before the divorce paper with my wife is finalized. You need to formalize your divorce first and update your case with IRCC to drop your soon to be ex-wife.
