absolutely right. ..the example is your and mine visa you are Nov applicant and already got ur visa ..
and I m august applicant still waiting. ..

My ecas is still in process until now. do you know any case has the the longest decision made. 2months have passed... so worried & frustrated .

me too...today already two months passed...but no news after the remedical. ..

unfortunately they increase the processing time. ..New Delhi visa office process was 13 months but now they increased it to 15 months...so maybe this is the reason for so much delay on DM. ...

My VO is in Singapore, the timeline is as follows:
Application in process: 23 May 2014
PPR letter: 23 May 2014
Remedical 16 June 2014
Submitted PP, 4 photos, IMM 5669,.... on 03 July
so i just counted from the day I sent all the required docs on 03 July, until now, it has been 65 days lapsed, no DM yet. I dont know it s abnormal or not? fingers crossed

on my VO its pretty normal. ..every ADR applicant or remedical applicant wait for so many months but no news...

why didn't you try ur MP. ..maybe he will find out the exact delay. ..

I already sent email to MP but no reply.... & after that I sent email to SVO & I received an answer that my case is in the queue for review & told me wait until I am contacted by an officer. It has been 2mths & 1 week that I sent my pp & other requested docs to VFS in Viet nam.
