IN Process,but request DOCS again + IELTS, Next IELTS sit is after CHC deadline

Dear All, Seniors... Urgent help needed

I applied for FSW 1 cat under new rules.
Sent full doc to CHC ABJAN. Was expecting meds, but got an additional doc request. My big concerns is that I hav 90 days to submit. They requested some documents that I earlier sent, but the most surprising they want the IELTS. I contacted the local British council and the next available sit for IELTS is after CHC deadline. I don't know what to do. My current satus is still ''IN PROCESS''. WIll they reject my application since I haven't submit IELTS? Note that I have french education...That's why I sent only explanation on my english proficiency. Will they give me moretime to submit IELTS with other docs? Or will they only reject???? :-[

Yes. They will give you extra time as you have no choice. Write to CHC an explanatory note.

sent them a letter stating all the facts. they might extend the time limit for u to submit ur IELTS results. but do file all other docs requested by them within the given time frame.
