can i accompany my in land husband to my permanent residency application under in home caregiver program. i came here in canada single and we got married here while he is on his visit visa.what documents we need to submit.?

If you are legally married....and applying for PR under the Care giver program.........don't see why you can't include your spouse in your Permanent Residency application.

Refer............Apply for permanent residence through the Caring for children program.

Refer............Applying for your family at the same time...

If you are already a PR.....you could sponsor your spouse Inland while he still has legal status in Canada.
