In-land spousal sponsorship - PR Tracker updated my contact information to my old address?

I submitted my application in May 30, PR Tracker shows Biometrics (Did it when I applied for extension of Study permit, still valid) , eligibility, and medical exam (Old medical exam still valid when I apply for study permit) all pass, stuck on Background Check.

PR Tracker Automatically updated my contact Details to be my old address which we have already moved away from like more than a year ago. Before that it was correctly shown as my current address when I submitted my application. Should I be worried? Do I need to submit a web-form to update it again myself? There was nothing new changes in my IRCC account and I have heard that PR Tracker can sometimes be funky. Not sure if this actually mean anything
