Hi, I am in Canada on TRV and still waiting on PR application to be processed, I initially anticipated my PR application will be completed before I hit 6 months stay on a TRV, I am still couple of months away for a 6 month stay, when should I apply for open work permit ? or should I wait 2 more months to see if the PR application will complete ? the current status of my PR application: BG in progress since April 2023 and Eligibility in progress since August 2023.
Also do I need to take a medical again to apply for open work permit or I can claim the medical that I submitted for the PR application ?
