Hi, I live in canada with my partner and am looking to apply for PR, open work permit under ‘in canada class spouse sponsorship’.
My question is,
Can you go outside canada after you submit your application and while it’s processing? I’ve heard that it could be a problem when you come back to canada and the immigration can withdraw your application.
If so, what about after you get your open work permit and your PR application is still in processing? I guess in this case there’s no problem to go outside canada?
