IN Canad TRV delayed need help please

Hi guys, I applied my TRV inside Canada online on April,1st,2016. Its been 39 days that I did not get a response yet. I have study permit till 2018 and passport validity till 2020. I called them several time and they keep me telling to wait. I am going through the most stressful time of my life. I am wondering what happens if it gets rejected?

You will have to wait.

It is unlikely that a TRV would be rejected if you have a valid Study Permit.

1, Did you check the processing times? You don't mention your status and when you applied http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp

I have a valid study permit renewed this July. Valid until 2020, applied for TRV on Aug 9,2016. Processing time shows 13 days (online application). Status is open.
